He was once an optimally functioning and productive individual.

One night few friends asked him for a drink, lots of it.

After hours of intoxication, boasting and laughter, it’s time to go home. But it seems alcohol has reached a peak he can’t even afford to make a stride. Eager to go home, he tried.  The next thing? He was our patient.
